EduKate GDPR Consent Form – Media & Content Use

EduKate is committed to safeguarding pupils' privacy and complying with GDPR regulations. As part of our EduKate Entrepreneurs Fundraising Event, Café Making and Celebration Event, we may capture photos, videos, and pupil reflections to celebrate creativity and share EduKate's work with the wider community.

Section 3 — Important Notes

  • All content will be used solely for educational, celebratory, or community‑focused purposes.

  • No personal details (full names, addresses, contact information) will ever be shared.

  • All media collected is owned by EduKate and stored securely on encrypted cloud storage for an indefinite period for program development, marketing and archival purposes, unless consent is withdrawn earlier by contacting Kate.

  • Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting Kate at EduKate.

  • Declining consent will not affect your child's participation in the workshop.
